Hi, my name is John and I’m an intern at Henry Street Farms and one of my jobs is to make recipes out of some of the food that grows from Henry Street Farms. I’ll be sharing you one of my recipes
Ingredients
2 diced tomatoes
1 slice of mozzarella chopped up
Basil leaves
Olive oil
Instructions
After that throw it all into a bowl or alternatively you can just chop a slice of mozzarella and tomato and put it all together like that, but we did something a little different and threw it all into a bowl.
